    Bending Tubing without Kinks
    Anneal tube so it bends more easily.
    Choose a wire that is no more than 2/3 of the tube's inside diameter. The wire will be used to aid in bending the tube.
    Lubricate a wire with bees wax or Easy Lub. This will aid in removing the wire from the tube after bending.
    Insert the wire through the tubing to act as an arbor.
    Gently wrap the tubing around a mandrel to create the bend you desire.
    Allowing the arbor wire to bend as the tubing bends will prevent the tubing from kinking.
